The main reason for this phenomenon is the low content of basic material 107. When the temperature is low, the reaction activity of the ketone oxime crosslinking agent is also low. At this time, the low content of 107 adhesive in the low-grade will lead to a low reactivity of the entire adhesive, resulting in the middle part of the adhesive strip not curing or curing slowly. To solve this problem, it is recommended to start from two aspects:

1. To improve the activity of the crosslinking agent, methyl tributyl ketone oxime silanes, vinyl tributyl ketone oxime silanes, and tetrabutanone oxime silanes can be mixed in different proportions as needed to improve the reaction activity of the crosslinking agent.

2. Increase the content of 107 glue.
