Properties

◆ BOSIL-200 is colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, soluble in a variety of solvents.

◆ The epoxy silane oligomer can be diluted with appropriate solvent and used to prepare coatings, emulsions and other products.

◆ Suitable for epoxy resin alkyd phenolic resin acrylic resin nylon, as glass paint metal paint vulcanized silicone rubber adhesion.

◆ Enhances the electrical properties of epoxy based electronic sealants and packaging materials and printed circuit boards, which are produced by increasing the bonding strength between the resin and the matrix or filler.

◆ Effective against a wide range of fillers and substrates such as clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz, or metals such as aluminum, copper, and iron.

◆ Modified water-based acrylic latex caulking and sealant, based on polyurethane and epoxy coatings.

Application

Bosil-200 is widely used as quartz filled epoxy sealant, sand filled epoxy concrete patching material or coating, and metal filled epoxy mold material.Used in epoxy adhesives and sealants, to improve the adhesive properties of phenolic resin used for glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin ABS nylon PBT, etc., improve the resin and inorganic filler substrate bonding strength in order to improve its physical properties, especially mechanical strength of the composite waterproof electrical properties such as heat resistance performance, and have higher retention under wet state.Used for surface treatment of inorganic filler, the inorganic filler is clay talc silica aluminum powder iron powder hydroxide silica mica glass microbeads.
