Properties and Reactivity

LT-960 is a reactive organic urea-based and hydrolyzable inorganic triethoxysilane bifunctional organosilane. The dual nature of its reactivity allows LT-960 to chemically bond with inorganic materials (such as glass, metal, fillers) and organic polymers (such as thermoset plastics, thermoplastics, elastomers), acting as bonding enhancers and surface modifiers.

Application

◆ LT-960 can be used with epoxy resin, phenolic resin, furan resin, melamine resin, PA, PBTt, PE, EVA, PP, PVB, PVAC, acrylic resin, silicone resin and other polymers.

◆ LT-960 can be used as a particle size composition of glass fiber/glass fiber fabric finishing agent, and can also be used as an additive of phenolic resin for casting resin and abrasive furan resin and melamine resin.

◆ LT-960 can be used as an additive in sealants and adhesives. LT-960 can be used as an additive and/or primer for paints and varnishes to improve adhesion to substrates.
