On April 15th, the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau held a city-wide conference on the three-year action plan for tackling the root causes of safety production of hazardous chemicals and the 2024 safety supervision. The conference aimed to thoroughly implement the spirit of the national conference on the safety supervision of hazardous chemicals and deploy the three-year action plan for hazardous chemical production. Feng Qionghua, the main person in charge of BlueSky, and Zhang Jie, the safety director, attended the conference.

During the conference, advanced units and individuals in the chemical industry's safety production in the city for the year 2023 were commended. BlueSky was honored with the title of "Advanced Unit," and the principal person was awarded the certificate of "Advanced Individual."

After the conference, Feng Qionghua organized relevant management personnel to study and promote the spirit of the conference, and arranged the deployment of key safety production work in BlueSky for the near future.

A comprehensive self-inspection and self-correction campaign will be launched. Xiantao City has been listed as a key county for hazardous chemicals in 2024. With the leadership of the Ministry of Security, each territory and each profession will conduct in-depth self-inspection and self-correction before the end of April, based on the “Inspection Form of Safety Risks and Hidden Dangers in Hazardous Chemical Enterprises for Key Counties 2024”.

Accelerate the construction of an intelligent safety risk control platform. The platform construction is not only a policy requirement but also an important part of the improvement and upgrading of the chemical industrial park. It is also an important measure to effectively control safety risks and improve management level. In strict accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau's notice on promoting the construction of an intelligent safety risk control platform for hazardous chemical enterprises, the self-construction of the six major functional modules of the platform, including "safety management basic information, major hazard source safety management, dual prevention mechanism, special operation permits and operation process management, intelligent inspection, and personnel positioning," will be accelerated. The platform will be completed and put into use by the end of June, and data integration and interconnection with the park's integrated platform will be achieved.

Promote the three-year action plan for tackling the root causes of safety production. Based on the actual situation of the enterprise, a three-year action plan will be formulated to tackle the root causes of safety production, and the progress will be coordinated in accordance with the "five determinations" principle.

The safety production work of BlueSky is still in a critical period of climbing hills and overcoming difficulties. There are no shortcuts in safety work, only with the spirit of initiative,  firm determination, scientific methods and practical action. BlueSky will firmly shoulder its main responsibilitie, with "chemical process safety management" as the main focus and "12345" as the core, to further implement and improve safety production work.
