Feng Qionghua, the present Chairman and General manager of BlueSky, annual observer for optimizing business environment of Hubei province, member of Xiantao CPPCC, Sicence & Technology, Vice-chairman of Xiantao federation of industry and commerce. He is an engineer, graduated from Wuhan University with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, and abtained a master’s degree in IBM, international business management, from Newcastle University, UK. 

Joined BlueSky in 2004, he’s successively participated in a number of provincial, municipal major special projects and got passed acceptance, won 3 Provincial Science and technology Progress Awards and 1 Xiantao Achievement Promotion Award. He has published 4 academic papers in the professional journal, Silicone Materials, formulated 4 group standards, obtained 11 authorized invention patents and 6 utility models.
